It's that moment once again where we are honored to round off the year with our annual elders blessings. For the last 6 years we have been blessed to partner with our elder brother Baba Buntu founder of Ebukhosini Solutions all the way from Azania, making a unified commitment to create access to spaces that power Liberating Education rooted in Afrikan Centered Learning. These Spaces of learning weather under mango trees or within buildings have strengthened, encouraged and inspired both young leaders and Community Organizations to re-envision their approach of affecting change by reclaiming their authentic ANCESTRAL ROOTED narratives. We encourage those who are thirsty for knowledge not to miss our our ELDERS CIRCLE that will be hosted on NOV / 4 / 2019 at the Nilotika cultural ensemble.Community Space tomorrow.
Dr Baba Buntu is the founding director of Ebukhosini Solutions, a community based company in Johannesburg, South Afrika, focusing on Afrikan-Centered education. Buntu is also the founder of many empowerment projects that are based on Pan-Afrikan/Black Consciousness philosophy, decolonial praxis and epistemic justice. As an educator, writer, mentor and practitioner, with broad experience from work in Afrika, the Caribbean and Europe, Buntu’s passion lies within people-centered development of Afrikan communities. He holds a Doctoral and a Master Degree in Philosophy of Education from UNISA.
